I shared practical strategies for managing cognitive load, designing for retrieval and reflection, and using storytelling to deepen engagement.</p><p data-start="1833" data-end="2000">The discussion reinforced a key message I often share with L&amp;D teams: <em data-start="1903" data-end="1998">impactful learning happens when we align design decisions with how the brain actually learns.</em></p><p data-start="2002" data-end="2153">I’m grateful to the OLxD community for creating such a vibrant space for learning designers to exchange insights and elevate our collective practice.</p>						</div>
